If you're looking for a different activity to do with your group of friends, colleagues or clients, Quake offers a unique experience, scoring 8.5 on the thrill scale.

Quake is ideal for those looking for unique attractions, for organized group visits, moments of relaxation as a team, or even to celebrate a birthday.

The visit consists of ten rooms and the sessions start every 10 minutes. The group moves on to the next room every 10 minutes. Each session has a maximum capacity of 16 people, so groups larger than this will have to be split up.

We don't have guided tours, but the structure of the tour allows you to easily access and understand all the content and along the way, in half of the rooms, we have Hosts who can answer any questions you may have.

Each session must be accompanied by one adult for every fifteen children/young people. The minimum age for visits is 6 years old, as the earthquake simulator, an integral part of the visit, as well as other points, require a certain emotional maturity.

Quake's opening hours for Birthday Parties are:

- Monday to Friday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (times of the first and last entry sessions)
- Weekends and public holidays: 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (first and last entry times)


Offer all your guests a lunch box, prepared by us, for just +€6.50/pax. This includes: Mixed Brioche Snack + Juice + Fruit + Surprise

You can also bring a birthday cake so that you can sing happy birthday together.

*When you sign up for this kit, we'll give the ticket + box lunch to the birthday boy or girl.

**Kit valid for groups of min. 10 children and max. 24 children, with a duration of 40 minutes.

Note: If you only want to bring the cake to sing happy birthday, the price is €2/pax.

ANNIVERSARIES

If you're looking for a team building space to reward your employees/clients, you can do it at Quake.

You also have the possibility of doing a survival activity or a presentation/meeting/pitch followed by a visit and you can also include a coffee break or cocktail at the end of the afternoon to promote contact between everyone.

At the start of the visit, the group will be divided into two teams. Each team will have to answer three questions along the way (about the visit and about measures to be taken in the event of a disaster), to which, given the right answer, they will receive the respective clue so that at the end both teams can answer the challenge and verify the winner of the Challenge.

Each group will be divided into teams of at least 5 people. This workshop consists of three parts in which survival techniques are learned in a practical way, with the aim of preparing the team for an unexpected situation.

Notes: We recommend bringing comfortable clothes and shoes that can be splashed with water.

Quake - Lisbon Earthquake Museum is located near to Avenida da Índia, in the historic area of Belém. The best way to get to Quake is by public transport - bus, train or tram, which connect the area to many points in the city of Lisbon and the other side of the river (information below). Bicycle, scooter, or even car, can also be good alternatives, but remember that parking in this area is scarce.

Absolutely brilliant. Really immersive experience. Fantastic experience. Not like a tradional museum at all. Family loved it. We’ve been to a lot of museums, this one rates as one of the best of all. Go!

All of your senses are stimulated, from amazing sound quality, brilliant video reels, smells and even heat from the burning buildings. It’s great for all ages and we would highly recommend a visit.

Excellent story telling, very informative, very well designed and organised. My 10 year olds loved it and have been pondering over the question posed throughout the experience: “what would you do?”
