Conditions for Participation
The participant must buy 1 ticket and then make a post on their personal Facebook or Instagram page with a declaration of love, brief and creative, identifying the person to whom it is declared, as well as the Lisbon Quake page, and use the hashtags #lisbonquake and #santocasamenteiro. 1 free ticket (prize) will be awarded to all participants who fulfil all the points described in the mechanics. Each user can only participate once. Participants must be fans of the Lisbon Quake Facebook or Instagram page. The winners will be all the people who participate correctly in the pastime and the attribution of the second ticket will be made on June 13, in person at the Lisbon Quake's reception, after confirmation of the correct participation in the pastime by the Quake collaborator, who will immediately offer 1 free ticket for entry in the same session of the purchased ticket.
Regulation
LISBON QUAKE - TURCULTUR - Turismo e Cultura de Portugal, Lda, with headquarters at Rua do Embaixador, nº126A, 1300-218 Lisboa will take place between June 3 and June 13, 2022, a contest in the Facebook and Instagram pages [https://www.facebook.com/lisbonquake] and [https://www.instagram.com/lisbonquake].
The contest will follow the conditions that are indicated below:
I - Introduction and Objectives
1 - With this action it is intended that participants have the opportunity to engage with the brand, becoming familiar with it. The dynamics of the pastime will effectively have the premise of interaction, so the participants will have to make a publication with a declaration of love and identify the person to whom they declare their love, as well as the Lisbon Quake page.
II - Rules for Participation
2 - Duration of the Contest
The contest will run from 03/06/2022 to 13/03/2022, in the Lisbon Quake Facebook and Instagram page, where fans can participate.
3 - Recipients
This contest is intended for all fans of the brand, residents in mainland Portugal and islands, aged 18 or over, on the Lisbon Quake Facebook and Instagram page.
4th - Acceptance of the terms present in the Regulation
By participating, the user accepts the terms and conditions contained in these regulations. The participant accepts and authorises the publication of his or her name as a winner for the purpose of awarding the prize on the Lisbon Quake Facebook and Instagram page.
5th - Participation
The participation period will run from 03/06/2022 to 13/06/2022.
5.1 - Participation Mechanics:

One free ticket (prize) will be awarded to all participants who fulfil all the points described in the mechanics.
5.2 - Each user will only be able to participate once.
5.3 - The participants must be fans of the Lisbon Quake Facebook or Instagram page.
III - Winners, Prize and Reception of the Offer
6th - Selection Criteria
Of all the participations received, Lisbon Quake reserves the right to award prizes only to fans who participate correctly in the hobby.
7th - Prize and announcement of the winner
- Total number of winners: not defined
- Prizes: 1 free ticket on the purchase of 1 ticket and according to the fulfilment of the participation mechanics
- Announcement of the winners: June 13 in person at the Lisbon Quake reception.
- After confirmation of correct participation in the contest by the Quake staff member, 1 free ticket will be immediately available for entry in the same session as the ticket bought.
8 - Contact and provision of data
The follower by transmitting their personal data, agrees to the privacy terms established through the General Data Protection Regulation.
Under the terms of the applicable legislation, the holder of the data may request, at any time, access to his/her personal data, as well as its rectification, elimination, limitation of its treatment, or the portability of his/her data, upon written request addressed to OZ Energia to the email address general@lisbonquake.com or to the address Rua do Embaixador, nº126 A, 1300-218 Lisboa.
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint to the National Commission for Data Protection or to another competent supervisory authority under the terms of the law, should he/she believe that the processing of his/her data by Lisbon Quake violates the legal regime in force at any given moment.

IV - Code of Conduct
9th - The Lisbon Quake will eliminate and report to the Facebook and Instagram entity all participants who practice illicit acts, namely:
Messages or images that appeal to racism, xenophobia, or any other type of discrimination or prejudice of any nature.
Messages or images of offensive, violent or sexual content.
Creating routines or subroutines, by computer, which may distort the true nature of the hobby.
Creating pages and or fake profiles for participation in hobbies.
Defamation, insults, threats and / or abuse of the name and image of users of the page and / or the reputation and prestige of the brand and / or other industrial property rights.
Use of the site for political, religious or commercial purposes
Publication of repetitive and non-constructive messages or images.
Public order disturbances such as spamming, sending unsolicited commercial letters or chain letters by private or public messages, presentation of illegal pages, flooding, etc.
V - Final Considerations
10th - All and any activity, even in an attempted form, that aims to obtain advantage through acts that do not respect or distort the objective of the present action will be considered illegal, reserving to the Lisbon Quake the right to cancel and/or exclude the corresponding participants.
11th - Lisbon Quake reserves the right to terminate, alter, shorten, delay or prolong this promotion at any time, in case there is any illegal or fraudulent activity, or any external fact, out of the control of the organization, that affects the smooth running of the promotion. In these circumstances, participants will not be entitled to any compensation.
12th - The participation in the promotion implies the acceptance by the participants of the terms and conditions foreseen in the present regulation.
13th - Lisbon Quake reserves the right to definitively and irrevocably eliminate any participant who is in any way violating the present regulation.
14th - The elements requested are compulsory for participation. Lisbon Quake will not provide any elements, mandatory for participation, to third parties.
15th - Any cases not covered by the present regulation will be resolved by Lisbon Quake and its decisions will not be subject to appeal.
